How It Works 

 

1. Assess

We begin by exploring how you are feeling, including what you’ve been experiencing, your goals for change, and what is truly restorative for you in each domain of life. This insight allows you to reflect on your priorities and what activities or practices are going to be most helpful for you.

2. Plan

Without a clear plan, self-care will remain just an item on your to-do list that you will get to only after everything else has been checked off. Together, we’ll craft a weekly plan that guides your self-care activities and empowers you to carve out the time in your schedule to carry them out.

3. Act

Sustainability is the key to long-term change. We’ll provide ongoing support, encouragement, and accountability via scheduled sessions and text support to tweak your plan, problem-solve, celebrate successes, and help you stay on track.
