As a therapist or other helping professional, your work is demanding: of your energy, your mind, and your body. In order to do your best work, each of these things needs care, attention, and investment too. Because the only way to truly show up for your clients is to practice prioritizing and showing up for yourself.

Now, there’s a time & place dedicated to that.
